Really depends, I'm more of a cast iron kind of guy unless of course I'm outside at the grill.

Hi Grillseeker!  Welcome to C@H forums!  I hope you'll visit often and share your knowledge, ask your questions and have some fun with us!

I love my cast iron for so many things, searing a beautiful sous vide steak, potatoes, cornbread, and many other things!  Of course our deep fryer has it's uses and we love our wok/skillet on the induction burner.  There are many tools in the kitchen and each has it's place.
You only live once . . . but if you do it right once should be enough!

Still love my cast iron and use it regularly. Most of mine is over 40 years old and well seasoned, but I did buy a round griddle a few years ago when Jean suggested it and that gets used a lot.
