So, are you making egg foo yung or pho? Both sound good.

Do you know, I have to go to the Asian Market to buy bean sprouts? All of the stores around me stopped carrying them because they said that they didn't look good when they came in so no one would want to buy them. Huh

Dinner tonight will be vegetable soup and a grilled cheese.

Maybe you could combine them together: egg pho yung.  LOL!
If blueberry muffins have blueberries in them, what do vegan muffins have?

Smile I'm really hooked on Ming Tsi's Stir fried sprouts, so may add a little chicken to the dish.

Christmas Eve - 12/24/16

Guess I'd better get my old rear end in gear and start the day...one of those night woke up at 3 a.m. and that was it for sleep.... gonna be a long day. But, what the heck it is Christmas Eve, after all. :Smile

Hawks are playing their game mid-day, so the Motley crew is gathering and bringing junk food.

I've got my cheese board (w/3 cheeses), a big bowl of Maryann's fruit salad an a Chocolate Gingerbread cake all set to go.

Along with Maryann, I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas eve with family/friends/whomever. Smile Heart

Jumbo scallops served over a bed of sauteed baby spinach and rice pilaf on the side.  Just need to come up with some kind of a sauce for the scallops.

Sounds good! A little lemon butter, perhaps?
