Another new recipe tonight. Unsure of the vegetable right now - perhaps steamed carrots and yellow squash. And I think I'll make some of PW's olive bread instead of some other carb.

That dish sounds delicious. Must try that one.
We are having a repeat of a meal we had last week that was so good. Thick cut grilling chops are brining, and I think we will have some roasted sweet potatoes and broccoli for sides.

That does sound good, Trixxee! Let us know how it turns out.
I actually cooked tonight! I used a couple of my frozen grilled chicken cutlets for chicken piccata over linguine. We passed on a salad.

That sounds soooo good! Bookmarked.
I had grand plans for tonight, we missed lunch . . . ran to town, stopped at Taco Bell . . .
Snack food hint - the best, BEST snack food we've found - Beanitos Mac & Cheese Crunch. They are made from Non-GMO ingredients, gluten free and made from Navy beans. We found them at Costco and love them. Dinner= Beanitos and cocktails.
Tomorrow! Food!

Don't know what happened to my post (guess I forgot the final 'click'
) but the dish sounds so tasty, Trixxee - had me at caper sauce.

The topping on our broccoli casserole tonight is crushed Beanito Mac & Cheese crunch. These things are so good!
