I'm prepping for next week and one of the dinners I'm making is this recipe. I've got it on for tomorrow night so I can prep as far ahead as I can for this one. I'd do it tonight, but I forgot the dang goat cheese!!!!

Anyway, can I put the coating on, put them on the rack, and keep it in the fridge to bake off tomorrow evening? Is that too long? The dipping mix has egg whites, cornstarch, and juice of half a lemon. And there is zest of a lemon in the breading part.

I think I'd have everything prepped for tomorrow, but coat then. It's good to allow to stand after coating, bur for a day?? Hmmmmmm.

Yea, I thought so. I'm shuffling chicken dishes around to move this to Saturday. I know William is excited about this one, but I want it to be right. He'll have to get over it.
