What's for dinner??
Costco run today, so we're stopping in somewhere.
I just can't start my day without the dinner thread, so I'll hunt & peck my way thru.

Jean, how is your hand feeling? Do you have some kind of cast or wrap on it?
We're having l/os from last night's dinner and I will add a fresh veggie for a side.

not yet - it's a real cluster------- around here. They (whoever 'they' are) had to order whatever. Now I'm thinking why bother - just let it knit.

Hopefully you aren't in a lot of pain.
I think I'm going to make this orzo dish and add some cooked chicken to it.

That looks good, Trixxee.
I agree with Trixxee. I hope you are not having a lot of pain.
We are having the Chicken and Bacon Burritos tonight. I have really worked on stretching my groceries in the past few days.

That does look good, Trixxee! Nice and summery. We're doing soup and salad. A friend had this
Sausage, Potato and Spinach Soup last week and said it was delicious, so we're giving it a try tonight.

Finally got my 'Boxer's Brace' (evidently I have Boxer fractures!
) today AND I can now do anything I want to do that doesn't hurt.
I ordered finger food today for lunch - fried shrimp, swt. tato fries and slaw. Enough for an army, so brought it home to make pizza tomorrow - come hell or high water, I'm going to do it! Plus a couple onion rings of Roy's for pizza garnish.
I'm feeling so liberated.
Just looked at my post numbers and today is my 10 year + 1 month anniversary on
C@H!!

Jean, that's GREAT news! 10 years is a long time. But thanks to you, I'm not too far behind you!
