On a Food network show last night, a restaurant in Atlanta, GA, “One Eared Stag” tops a stack of hotcakes with ‘duck liver butter’ – made from a paté and dried to a powder. Anyone know about or played with this??? Sounds yummy!!

Don't know, but if it's a fat turned into a powder, then it probably is done with maltodextrin.
I'll have to go back to the FoodNetwork app and watch that episode, since I didn't see it last night.
If blueberry muffins have blueberries in them, what do vegan muffins have?

That's interesting! I can't wait to see what turns up with this!

Labs, it was the Breakfast 'Best ___ Ever' and we're 2-3 weeks behind in watching the episodes.
