Expecting 102 degrees today - I'm thinking breakfast for dinner (eggs, sausage, hash browns or bagels). French toast for the kid.
Jean - I was only half watching but either yesterday or the day before on The Chew they had a guest chef and she made PB&J ribs.

Just checked out the PB&J ribs - they look tasty! Thanks.
Oh, Denise I did that a while back and loved them. Didn't a bunch of us try them?

102!! Yikes! It's suppose to hit 84 here, which is near a record.
Tonight I'm grilling coconut marinated chicken with pineapple rice.

104! Wow!! It's not nearly that hot in Atlanta, but there are storms moving in, so I'm doing a chicken and pepper stir-fry with brown rice.

I made my mom's recipe for ground meat and noodle casserole aka ghoulash. Tossed salad and some garlic toast on the side.

It's hot here, but not THAT hot. Considering how hot it has been this early, we could be looking at temps like that this summer, though. Wouldn't be the first time!
I decided to skip choir tonight. I have a late day at school tomorrow night. I can't do two nights in a row this late in the year. Even with that break, I decided to go simple tonight with burgers and pasta salad....limit the dishes! This way, we can sit on the deck and enjoy William's hard work these past few days. Thanks to Andrew, YS, doing so well at work, William has been able to work around the house this week! Deck garden planted, yard fertilized, corn planted, dishes and laundry done! He is just too good to me!
