So, what's on the menu for Blue (Seahawk) Friday???
We have a Costco run today, so don't know what we'll do. Probably a bowl of Hamburger soup when we get home.

Oh, Trixxee, I really have to make those again! Going to pull up the recipe right now.

Won't be making them tonight though. We have to go to a wake tonight, so meeting up with some friends for a quick bite before we go.

Forgot about those burritos....hmmmmm

I did an inventory of the meat (raw) & l/o pkgs (of 'stuff') in the freezers yesterday and man, do I have a list of things to use up!!! All are nicely labeled so I can't participate in Denise's 'foraging' thread.

One thing(s) I did find was 2 old pkgs. of Sweetbreads I picked up a couple years ago and found out they are really the cheap ones and since then everytime I look at them, I think I don't want to deal with them now. But, I will deal with them soon!!!! (I hope.

Ham and Bean soup is cooking up in the crockpot. I thought I was thawing a ham bone in ham stock... grrr. Nope!

The bacon/chicken burrito recipe does not mention diced avocado but it is a great addition to the salad part.
