What's on the menu for everyone today?
On the road to Redding, CA - picked up some Hawaiian beef strips (aka flanken strips), so will have a quick dinner when we land.

Lots of running around today, so making a crockpot version of beef stroganoff. Got my hands on a nice assortment of mushrooms, but will have to serve it on rice since I'm out of egg noodles.
For the record, dealing with the VA can be trying. All hail the crockpot!

I have no clue. The kids voted shrimp tomorrow night and the farm tonight. So William is cooking. Nobody had a request, so it's all on him. LOL!

Im heading out for a charity dinner It is being held in an old factory. Two night event, first night super fancy dinner catered by one of the top chefs. Second night is a wearable art fashion show - it is wild. We have a large group going, and we are all dressing in 1970s club wear. should be a fun one!

Well my eldest daughter had a bit of an emergency and needed me to take the baby
So I think we will have something easy, and Gerber Chicken and Rice for the wee one
