Re: (...)
Yikes, Easter is a week from tomorrow!! Anyone have any plans made yet? It's not as much fun when there are no little ones around, I don't think.
Haven't even thought of a menu yet....

I'm thinking about doing a duck. Any ideas on side dishes would help.

Oh rats!!! Maryann, you found another deal, didn't you????
Barbara, depending on the weather for you Easter -
Nice weather - an Asian cole slaw, a big beautiful fruit platter, potato salad, or swt potato oven fries
Cold weather - I posted a recipe for Onion Gratin that would be very good, scalloped potatoes (or swt. tatoes) with Parm, Asiago or pecorino, or sauerkrauts good too.

Lucky you, Maryann! Easter is our second busiest brunch day. It'll be at least a 12 hr day, sure hope there is some roasted lef of lamb left, and some deviled eggs.
Practice safe lunch. Use a condiment.

Duck-fat French fries or hash browns are a must!

On second thought, we haven't had veal cutlets in a loooong time. Maybe Veal Parm this Sunday.

I mentioned going out to my daughter yesterday and she offered to host at her new apartment! I can't wait! I'll post the menu when she tells me.
