- Olive oil

- Add lots of parsley stems.

- Cook to your liking: dried, soupy, al dente, etc.
- Remove from heat.
- Add fresh parsley and remaining Serrano ham.
- Serve garnished with a splash of olive oil and some freshly grated Parmesan.
