This was a recipe that had (I think) slices of buttered french bread slices laid on the bottom of a cast iron skillet, then topped with sauteed onions and celery, then 1/2 a chicken, or a butterflied chicken and baked (or grilled?)
Does anyone remember anything about that recipe?
