What's on the menu for everyone today??
We're on our way to Ft. Stockton, but I have pizza dough thawing so I can make a quick pizza with the leftover Truffle Burrata. I'm lusting already!!

Grilling some game hens and then going to enjoy a growler of beer I bought in Eugene. Weather is gorgeous for this next week so taking advantage and staying outside.
Just ordered my forest and so hopefully will be doing some planting this week too.

We went shopping at Asia Foods today and came home with lots of goodies, including 2 banh mi. So, we had those with a side of stir-fried baby bok choy with oyster sauce.
