This recipe in Issue 83 is so fabulous that we have made it 5 times. The last 2 times we substituted 2 T. grated Parmesan cheese for the lemon zest and it was a winner too esp. since my daughter had the flu and needed nutrition without a lot of digestive energy.

I made that one and what a pleasant surprise. Never thought I would get Ron to eat polenta, but he actually liked it. That whole meal was tasty, especially the next day!

Geez, Daphne, you sound like cjs....
And, I CAN ANSWER THIS ONE!!! Yes, we made it in September for a dinner review with the Quick Chicken Marengo. We both (Roy and I) loved the polenta, too.

So that IS the one! I remember that I thought it was a little "sweet" for my taste. But it was still a tasty dish.
