What's on the menu for everyone today??
I think we'll finish up the spaghetti with sausage today.

The guys are going to a hockey game and I'm going to make the Rachel sandwiches that I didn't make last night around 4:30. Then they can snack at the game.

I didn't realize I hadn't checked in for so long! OIY!
Ashley mentioned buffalo wings a few days ago, so that is dinner tonight with a salad for a side.

We had baked red snapper with risotto and asparagus. I wasn't all that hungry tonight after having a big bowl of Pho for lunch in Chinatown that was spectacular.

Risotto! That's something I want to make soon! Thanks, Maryann! But I need to wait until I get my hands on some "good" parm.
And thanks to you, I'm back to my mission to menu plan. It does make life so much more simple! I have the next 5 days planned! The cooler temps coming in made it easy, too!

Daphne, I agree, good Parm really does make a difference. Glad you checked in. I was just getting ready to call you.
