Still trying to figure out what I want to do for Thanksgiving and in a newsletter, About.com - Chinese Cooking this a.m. there was a recipe for Cantnonese Roast Duck that sounded so good.
Read the recipe, saved it to M.C. and checked out the reviews (always good to see what works and what doesn't) and was very interested to see that the reviewer didn't have an oven large enough to hang a duck, so used the smoker and I thought - what a great idea.......
