Hey, You Caterers!! - cjs - 05-04-2010

This was part of a newsletter I received this morning and it looks like something that would be so fun for a small dinner party item.

Front of the House (FOH) continues to cook up “funk”-tional, innovative designs for totally new ways to serve. FOH’s latest creations recently added to the Kyoto Collection include the Kyoto 11-inch Bowl with the Kyoto Deep Hanging Ramekin. This dynamic duo provides the opportunity to have a deep vessel for finger food or salads (or whatever your imagination can dream up) with serving a dipping sauce or dressing literally “on the edge.” FOH’s entire Kyoto Collection really are plates with attitude that have a distinct, linear forms—the ultimate fusion of design and durability at a refreshing price. Very cool!!! May just have to check that out in the near future.

Love that! It allows presenting the food AND the dipping sauce within a single container but isn't divided so as to look like a school-lunch tray or TV dinner. Cool!
