I think it's the last recipe in the latest issue. I haven't made it. The local strawberries are not ready yet, so I'll wait for that.

Okay, I made this tonight...my grocery didn't have any Mascarpone (?!) so I subbed whipped cream cheese. It was really a great dessert. Loved the pecan shortbread. Next time will cut back on the sugar in the cheese - it doesn't need to be that sweet with the sugar in the cookie and on the strawberries. But fun and different and tasty.
