Have to Brag Just a LIttle!! - cjs - 10-12-2009
I have done nothing but test (read eat!) pizza for the last 6-8 weeks. Had my checkup this a.m. - not only had I not gained weight, I've lost 3 lbs.!!! HOT DAM-!!!! And my cholesterol was right where it always is.
And, we used no low- or reduced- fat cheeses - everything high octaine. Man, what a wonderful feeling, I was all set with my whiny excuses.

Congratulations Jean! That's GREAT news! I hadn't thought about the hazards of all that pizza eating until you mentioned it. Go figure! I doubt I'd have the same results!

I've been avoiding pizza because of the carbs in the crust. May need to rethink my strategies!

Hey, Jean, how the heck did you do it? Seriously. I ran on the beach every day for 50 minutes while on vacation so I could eat a few baskets of fried shrimp as a "treat"...

LOL! Thanks! That's an original I wrote about 15 years ago. Sure, it's doggerel, but it was fun to come up with some things like that.
