This one was a hit. Made your usual potato salad and when it comes to the dressing, work 1-2 T Boursin into your mayo - to taste. Folks were licking the bowl. lol

Mayo blends can be really interesting. At Wolfgang's, customers just loved to have our "balsamic mayo" on their sandwiches. All it was was mayonnaise to which balsamic vinegar had been added until the whole mixture was a nice, tan colour - simple, but delicious.

Labs - I must have missed this post, I just bought a jar of Balsamic Mayo at the store this weekend. Thinking it was something new!
