Tapenade Recipe - bjcotton - 06-21-2008 My sister Carol had a sandwich at the Safeway grocery store and they put their tapenade on it. Now she's hooked. Anyone have a simple but tasty recipe? I began looking through my cookbooks last night but couldn't find one I liked. Re: Tapenade Recipe - Harborwitch - 06-21-2008 I'll see if I can find the one I used. More often than not I just toss a drained can of black olives and an equal amount of really good green olives (or whatever you prefer), garlic, capers, and anchovies into the food processor and chop. Then I just add some lemon juice and olive oil - oh and black pepper. I should make some soon - Bob loves it. Re: Tapenade Recipe - bjcotton - 06-21-2008 Thanks Lovely Woman!
