For Phil--Jalapeno Poppers - Old Bay - 12-23-2007 12 jalapenos 1 C lump crabmeat 1/2 C fresh corn kernals 4 oz cream cheese, softened 2 oz goat cheese, softened 1/4 C scallions, chopped juice of 1/2 lime salt to taste 1/4 C crushed tortilla chips 1/4 t chili powder Pre heat grill to med low Cut off 1/3 of each jalapeno lengthwise and scrape out seeds and membranes, forming a canoe--leave stem on. Combine next seven ingredients well. Stuff each canoe with crab mixture--combine chips and chili powder and sprinkle on top. Grill jalapenos, stuffing side up for 10 min or until charred, but still firm. Happy birthday to your sister.
