Hey Lorraine... - Ron - 05-10-2007 Alton Brown is featuring tortillas on Good Eats Friday evening. Hope he concentrates on the good ones - the flour ones. Re: Hey Lorraine... - Lorraine - 05-11-2007 Thanks, Ron! Also, Rick Bayless has a program on PBS on saturdays. I'll have to watch it, and pay attention!!! Re: Hey Lorraine... - Ron - 05-11-2007 I was working on getting my boat ready for fishing opener this week and didn't have time to go to town shopping. I asked Sherrie to pick up tortillas when she was in town. Naturally she brought back corn tortillas. I can eat them, but like the flour a lot better. Re: Hey Lorraine... - Lorraine - 05-11-2007 I had lots of chicken and pork leftover this week (due to my new smoking endeavours), so I brought them in to make wraps for lunches for my 2 staff and I. I found them really easy to work with, and they stayed together, were easy to eat, and not as heavy as some I've had. Mind you, I've never had real corn ones, only the flavoured ones you buy in the grocery store. You know, the flourescent green or pink ones.
