I can't believe I forgot to mention two other things I bought that I'm sooooo excited about as well (I'm easily entertained...LOL)
We went to the Galleria and went into a store named "Oil and Vinegar"
I bought 100 mL of white truffle olive oil from italy.. awesome!
and....a bottle of apple balsamic vinegar from Australia!!
In the store they have out samples of everything, and these are two things I fell in love with!

Yeah Angela, a drizzle of truffle oil on a baked potato is really good too...just a little now, too much and it's not very good.

Thanks Billy! I have never used it. They said not to cook with it, just to use it as a condiment!
