Father's Day is Sunday. What are your special plans for Father's Day Dinner?
We haven't made any firm plans yet . . . I'm looking for ideas.

For father's day, the boys are taking Ron golfing in the morning, and our girls are putting together a late lunch/early dinner afterwards at Holly's house that I will help with.

I've been craving a nice juicy burger. Now, just to get someone to cook it for me!
I like it with cheese and butter cooked inside it.
Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
1 stick butter, frozen
1 medium Vidalia onion, sliced
1 package sliced mushrooms
Lettuce
Provolone cheese
Salt and pepper
Vegetable oil
Buns
Equipment
Box grater
Flat top griddle, or cast iron pan

Bob and I have been craving a great show. I guess we need to pay attention to what is going on at the Performing Arts Center in Newport. It sounds like fun! Les Miserables is one we have wanted to see! Lucky you!

Maryann that sounds like a perfect Father's Day for Ron.
We have Bob's menu finally cast in stone. BBQ ribs, pre cooked in the IP and then finished on the grill. We'll have grilled corn and potato salad to go with it.
Bob is looking at a Chef Benny Doro Chocolate Orange Semifreddo recipe he'd like for dessert. I
him & Benny's recipes so I think I'll make it for him.I wish we had time to take off to take him to play golf. We have been off the property so much with my Patency test (to see if I can take the smart pill) and all day in Eugene for a Mobile Home Park Manager law class yesterday.

Your dinner sounds wonderful Sharon. I've never made a semifreddo before, need to get it on my list.
I'll be grilling a big fat rib-eye for us to share, with béarnaise and corn on the cob.
