Saturday's Dinner, 8/20/16?? - cjs - 08-20-2016 What's on the menu for everyone today?? Have no idea here, but probably something out of the freezer. Supposed to be another warm day up here. Yeah, I have to heat the oven to 500 degrees, but with the 1500 CFM motor in the exhaust, heat gets moved out quickly. Can't sous vide the corn because I have no room on top of the stove to do it. Made tortilla bowls and layererd - smooshed black beans (w/garlic, cilantrol, lime juice, olive oil - heated) l/o napa cabbage tossed with hard-cooked egg sautéed corn and onion cherry tomatoes cheddar cheese taco sauce.
