I have some Salmon roe left, so I'll make one more pasta dish with it.

We are having grilled chicken gyros. Picked up some really fresh flatbread for it yesterday, and taking a short cut by using TJ's tzatzki creamy cucumber and garlic dip. Hope it works out ok.

We're going to have cheeseburgers tonight using Julia Child's method in a cast iron skillet. (it's actually my favorite way to cook a burger) I have a taste for caesar salad, so we'll have that with it.

Ashley took over the kitchen tonight! We had enchiladas. I'm in Thanksgiving mode, so her taking the lead was a blessing. And playing her sou chef was a pleasant change. It was good. Even William, the not so Mexican favorable diner, was impressed and enjoyed his dinner. Ashley was thrilled!
