Wednesday's Dinner, 9/23/15?? - cjs - 09-23-2015 What's on the menu for everyone today?? We're running around so no telling where we will land. Dinner tonight will be made with l/os from last night made into a new dish. Last night it was grilled pork chops that had marinated in teriyaki with a side of jasmine rice and brussel sprouts. Tonight I will slice down the pork into neat little strips, then toss them into a stir-fry of fresh veggies and serve over lo mein noodles with a drizzle of sauce, which is basically teriyaki and sriracha mixed together. Tonight is more beef, but he did get a serving of pork for lunch, Kim's Spicy Ribs with Fried Rice and a giant beef egg roll! Anyway, I'm making beef stroganoff. Shall make these again, for certain!
