Starting pasta in cold water - karyn - 06-17-2015 I've never done it before, but this blogger makes a pretty solid argument, so I'm giving it a try. Has anyone else ever tried this? I think the pasta was cooked perfectly almost immediately after the water boiled. I'll be using this method more in the future.
