Pulled Pork Tip - TwilightKitten - 03-14-2006
Someone on the Kitchen Aid forum posted a tip on pulling pork with the Kitchen Aid mixer. I thought it was brilliant! Remove the fat and bone from the pork butt and break the meat into 2 lb pieces. Put it into the kitchen aid mixer bowl with the dough hook attachement. Stir for 30 seconds or so to "pull" the pork. How brilliant is that?
