Tonight we're having the enchiladas verdes and jicama salad that didn't happen last night due to a cilantro shortage in my house.

Very long day ahead, training for 8 hours, then an hour break after which I will head to an OSU Small Farm interview symposium. So just packing some sandwiches.

Jean, enjoy San Antonio! I was there... oh my, 23 years ago... and the Riverwalk was so enjoyable.
We are at the new house for a very short visit (took a trailer load of boxes this time) and I found a Mexican chicken stew recipe from a 2012 issue of Saveur that very coincidentally used up almost every veggie that I threw in the cooler (before we left the farm) and hadn't yet used.
I reviewed it on a separate thread because it was so good.
