Labs or someone! - cjs - 09-22-2014 Somehow I got logged out of Group recipes and I've sent msg. after msg. to info@grouprcipes.com and gotten no response and the site won't let me log in! And, this time I'm using the correct username - champagnetime. Getting really frustrating. Since you're logged in (I'm assuming) can you post a msg?? Re: Labs or someone! - DFen911 - 09-22-2014 Jean PM your pw again. I think we went thru this about 6 months ago. I can't find my emails on it. Re: Labs or someone! - cjs - 09-22-2014 we did! And, I can't remember what I was or wasn't doing.... Re: Labs or someone! - labradors - 09-22-2014 It's pretty well hidden, but THIS is the password-recovery page. Go to that page, click "Forgot your stuff?" click on "Password," then enter your email address and click "Retrieve." Let me know if that works. Re: Labs or someone! - cjs - 09-23-2014 I tried again and I'm still waiting for a response. Thanks everyone. Re: Labs or someone! - labradors - 09-23-2014 One other thing I noticed: they have a bug in their login such that it SAYS you've entered the wrong information but actually DOES log you in (if you did enter it correctly). Always check the upper-right corner to see if it is still asking for you to log in or already does have your name. Re: Labs or someone! - cjs - 09-23-2014 Oh for heaven's sakes!! This is getting ridiculous! Thanks Labs. Re: Labs or someone! - cjs - 09-24-2014 Nope, did not show I was logged in. And, I have yet to hear back anything. Re: Labs or someone! - DFen911 - 09-24-2014 Jean try this - (510) 595-2002 Interesting the tech support is based out of CA but the site is registered to another domain in Australia. |
