I believe it's going to be pizza tonight... but wait, there's more...

Of course the kids (err, probably just Maggie) will have the typical pepperoni. BUT... I am going to make a Chicken Curry Pizza! I thought that would be a nice change of pace. On the grill, of course

What's everyone else having???

Thai coconut curry (using red curry paste). I have a bunch of fresh basil to use up.

I'm going to alder smoke/grill a couple of filets with Cuisine's homemade steak sauce, potato confit and asparagus. That pizza sounds good Laura.

It all sounds good! I'm doing Buffalo Wings and corn on the cob. I'll do green tomorrow.

This was the BEST pizza I have ever made... hands down!

Yellow Curry Chicken Pizza w/ sauteed chopped mushrooms, mixed (red,yellow,green)chopped peppers, sliced jalapenos, green onions, cilantro & cashews

Pizza Perfection!

I made Indian Chicken Curry pizza years ago, I think and we really liked it. It had lots of steps, but so worth it.
A curry dough
Curried chicken thighs
Tomato-Chutney sauce
Feta cheese and cilantro
