What I posted on facebook - this is so good!
Oh what a wonderful dinner today! Zuni’s Pasta with Preserved Tuna. It had it all – Sweet, sour, salty, bitter – just the perfect dish. Now, I have to get the cookbook!

It all sounds good, but the half cup of olive oil concerns me.

I made just half the recipe and didn't even use a 1/4 cup oil. But, remember olive oil has the healthy oil - weight-wise no, but health-wise yes.

Okay, thanks, Jean. I'll be trying this one with a reduced amount. We love all the flavors!
