I found some meatballs in the freezer, so if all goes well, meaning the meatballs are still edible, we're having spaghetti & meatballs with garlic French bread. I have a pound of ground sirloin as back-up.

Hamburgers! Heading to the coast today and taking the kids to the elk viewing area. I sure hope they are there. In Sweden 'elk' are moose. They don't have elk like we have.
Then it's home to grill up some burgers

Tonight is Taco Salad. I just realized, I should have at least gotten half ground turkey to make it healthier. I have GOT to work on this!
