Stuffed peppers is on the menu for tonight. Holly took dinner over to my dad last night and I'll take dinner to him tonight. Also mashed potatoes and some more cookies.

I was just saying to Brad, "Have you ever had Country Fried Steak? I haven't." He said he had it once, but doesn't remember it.

We decided we will have it while on vacation. I can't wait to try it!

Same wave length again! Should I say what we are having tomorrow? Old school tacos.

Lasagna soup tomorrow. I had to check my notes, I made those tacos two weeks ago today. Taco Tuesday!

Only on a cooking forum would Steak Diane be considered weeknight cooking! I had to laugh, because I've been craving it too.

However, I didn't want to stop at the store on the way home, so dinner tonight was the Drunken Pork Kebabs with Maque Choux from one of the C@H grilling books. I had the sauce in the freezer and used frozen corn, so it actually was pretty easy to get on the table and sooooo tasty!

Chicken Diane - very little chopping. Pan to table - 30 minutes. The Drunken Pork Kebabs sound like more work to me.
