Yesterday we drove up to Garberville to do a bit of shopping. OMG! The only grocery store in town is Ray's, and it was swamped with business. I haven't seen that many hippies in one place since a Gratefull Dead concert 20+ years ago. Patchouli and dreds - and people just staring at stufff. LOL I got some beautiful spinach and bok choy, scallions like I haven't seen in a long time, and cilantro. We have some shrimp in the freezer so I am going to play tonight with a little Thai and some Basmati rice. I have both our leftovers - ham stack for me and french dip from her. My foot is quite swollen though from all the activity and not elevating it so for Michael it's Cheerios. He is welcome to my leftovers but that would be a cold day in you know where before he'd touch anything like that!
