Caviar Pie Update - cjs - 09-22-2013
I don't know who else besides Denise and me who makes Caviar pie, but old dogs and new tricks and all. I just made one this morning and decided to give my small hole grater a try with the eggs.
Perfect!!!

the egg layer really does need to by fine to mix with the mayo and give a nice smooth texture to that layer.

Jodie, I'm so sorry - I didn't see your last post. An 'anon' was looking at this thread and I checked it out.
Caviar pie is a great appetizer and beautiful on a buffet. I'd be glad to post the recipe for you if you're still interested.
