Review: Grilling/Sandwich Book. Ital Stk Sandwich - cjs - 05-16-2013
This is from the double book - grilling/sandwiches & salads.
Italian Steak sandwich and rustic potato salad.
Great flavors and really very good with a Columbia valley (WA) Reisling.

Since I had a small pkg. of the steak and only making 2 sandwiches, I 1/4'd the 'puree' for the sandwich and still had way to much and I didn't like it well enough to play with. But, the combination of the flavors of both recipes were really very good.

I'll have to come back to this. I remember a Bastica Steak Sandwich we liked (?) The same? I'll have to check later.
