I already have my own marinara sauce defrosting so I won't be following the recipe exactly. Will just have to wear a glove on my right hand. We will be having grilled burgers tonight with a cup of split pea soup. I have a double batch of "grandmother's bread" rising, so will make two small loaves and a couple of buns. Re: What's for Dinner, Monday, 4/8/13?? - cjs - 04-08-2013 Hmmm, just happened to have a cookbook handy that suggested for l/o chicken - Chicken and Leek Cassolette Chicken burritos with black beans & pepper Jack Chicken Chow Mein Grandma's Chicken & Vege rice bake a la Stouffer's Sesame chicekn pasta salad Triscuit Turkey/chicken club. All above from a little book, "I Have LEFTOVERS, What Do I Do Now?" Re: What's for Dinner, Monday, 4/8/13?? - losblanos1 - 04-08-2013 Trixxee, a great shortcut for that lasagna is to sauté the meat mixture and spoon it into the pan. It takes forever to roll those little 1/2 teaspoon meatballs. I also used sliced mozzarella instead of shredded.
