Salted Chili Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies - Harborwitch - 12-15-2012 I played today . . . this is the result! Preheat oven to 375 In a small bowl mix: 2 1/4c. AP flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 2 tsp ground ancho or pasilla chili In a mixer beat: 2 sticks of butter 1 cup packed brown sugar 1 cup granulated sugar When thoroughly beaten add: 2 eggs 1 TBS vanilla 1/2 cup cocoa powder Add flour mixture and 1 bag Dark Chocolate Chips Combine thoroughly, scoop onto parchment lined cookie sheets, sprinkle with coarse salt and bake about 10 minutes.
