Wednesday, What's for Dinner, 12/5/12?? - cjs - 12-05-2012 Good morning from beautiful sunshiny Morro Bay!! What's on the menu for today?? Finally emptied the "meat locker with dry ice" (a cooler we brought with us filled with meat/goodies), but no room in fridge freezer for a small pork roast and a pkg. chix thighs, so will cook those all up and have leftovers for a few days. Off to check C@H DVD for ideas. (or should it be called a cd?) Steak and baked potato sounds wonderful. I want to cook something today. Not sure just what though. I have a pheasant in the freezer I should make. Just not sure what to do with it... Hmmmm. Okay, I have decided now! It is going to be Jean's Spaghetti Marinara & Meatballs recipe. We haven't done this in a while and it is sooooo good. My mouth is watering just thinking about it! I will post a picture later. The house is gonna smell goooood tonight!
