Rating Panini Makers - cjs - 10-08-2012 I just posted this on my facebook - I have never been so surprised at a cooking method. It really works!! This steak was done on a panini maker - Michael Chiarello's that I've had forever! I pulled it at 123° and it was perfect. Maryann, you may want to rethink getting one of these. I love mine and I have used it as above. Super easy to clean as well. Costco usually has them on sale this time of year. PS, it is great for Cuban Sandwiches on the flat part too!
