I do make spam pizza with onion, mushrooms, bell peppers, pizza sauce, mozz. & Swiss. So, not off the wall for us.

We like it too, although I try not to use it a lot since it's a processed food. The breakfast pizza sounds good.

You could use whatever you like, but any kind of ham should be fine.
