What's on the menu for today?

Breakfast will be a choc. chip scone (made yesterday); grilled chicken sandwich and salmon burger. Sounding good to me.

Very mundane here today - meatloaf, mashed potatoes and broccoli.

We're doing some Chinese Ribs on the grill that Steve Raichlen did the other day. Also doing a recipe for Chinese Greens using baby bok choy, and jasmine rice to go with.

The ribs are done on indirect heat on the grill. We added a handful of cherry chips for a little smoke. They are looking amazing.

Would love to see that recipe, Maryann. We have to go to C'Ville tomorrow and will be shopping the Asian store.

Okay, I'll post it for you, Lorraine. Couldn't resist showing off our ribs. This is our new favorite method for cooking ribs now. Absolute perfection!

Here you go, Lorraine. I was thinking of a different recipe when I said chinese greens, but we didn't like it as well as this one.

Good looking ribs Maryann!

We scored a really good deal on ribeye's yesterday so we are having a grilled ribeye steak, fettuccini in a garlic pepper sauce, and we're splitting a HUGE artichoke that we'll finish on the grill. Maybe. Depends on what time I get home - if it's late it'll be leftover fajitas.

Ribs look delicious! Maryann, I made your Best Bok Choy recipe some time ago. It was delicious and it sure was a pretty picture! Darn it if I can't remember what I served with it.
