Chocolate Pretzel - Gourmet_Mom - 06-01-2012 I totally forgot to share this! When we spent the weekend in Wilmington for Ashley's graduation, we went out with her and her friends downtown. This was a shot she treated us to! Boy were they GOOD! Have any of you heard of this one? And if so, why haven't you shared? LOL! Re: Chocolate Pretzel - cjs - 06-01-2012 Is it vodka? I found this - Photobucket isn't working right now, so can't post a picture, but is this what it looked like???? http://www.instructables.com/id/Chocolate-Covered-Pretzel-in-a-Glass/step4/null/ Chocolate covered pretzel shot What you will need: 1oz whipped vodka 1oz Frangelico (hazelnut flavored liqueur) Salt Shot glass Shaker Ice Optional - chocolate dipped pretzel for garnish Re: Chocolate Pretzel - Gourmet_Mom - 06-01-2012 That's it! It was sooooooo good! Re: Chocolate Pretzel - cjs - 06-01-2012 What the hell is whipped vodka?????? Re: Chocolate Pretzel - Gourmet_Mom - 06-01-2012 It's a new type of vodka...It's a Pinnacle Vodka flavor. Equal parts Frangelica and CHOCOLATE whipped Vodka. Lick salt and take shot. It tastes amazingly like a real chocolate dipped pretzel. Ours weren't garnished with a pretzel, but that would be cool fort a party! Re: Chocolate Pretzel - Gourmet_Mom - 06-01-2012 I wonder if there's a way to sub the flavored vodka. A little Kailua? Re: Chocolate Pretzel - cjs - 06-02-2012 hmmmm, another quest. |
