Oh, Labs, what a great show. That first dish of Murimoto's (sp?) was just spectacular. But, both seemed to do a bang up job. I would love to taste that fish, the pinkness just made it look so clean and fresh.

Now you see why I didn't say much, at first. A simple "Wow!" really summed it up without giving away anything.
That starter from Morimoto was so stunningly beautiful that I've saved a screenshot of it for more careful viewing later. He really put the "art" in "Culinary Arts."
