Review - Green Bean & Potato Salad - DFen911 - 07-13-2011
I forgot to post about this salad (current issue, page 33).
We gave this a 3. While I did the 3lbs of potatoes we all thought it was way too much, given the recipe is called Green bean and potato, so the green beans should have been more prevalent.
We didn't care for vinaigrette either. If I were to do this again, I would toss it with a bacon vinaigrette instead and do 2lbs of potatoes and 1.5 lbs of green beans.

Thanks, Denise. I had looked at that, but I don't think I'll be trying it. I like your ideas, though. Anything is better with bacon!
