What's for Dinner - Wed., 2/16? - cjs - 02-16-2011 What's on the menu for everyone tonight? This is our Wednesday in Everett, but probably won't stop at the casino - I did so much cooking for my aunt, that I have lots of bits and pieces in the frig. Made game hen with (Sharon's) truffle butter under the skin that I kept 1/2 of, few slices of a cheese-filled meatloaf, mashed cauliflower and some dish that she usually buys as a frozen product (at a ridiculous amount of $$$) - Hash browns with a cream soup and cheese and I added broccoli. I have a recipe somewhere, but can't access Mastercook because my computer crashed. Guess I'll wing it unless I can find the recipe in Cuisine.
