Tuesday's Dinner - 10/26? - cjs - 10-26-2010 What's on the menu for everyone? We're having the last of the truffle pizza dough batch with some of the mushrooms we got last week. I'm doing this one with spinach and a few different ingredients. Re: Tuesday's Dinner - 10/26? - Mare749 - 10-26-2010 I have pork chops in the frig, but haven't decided what to do with them yet. Since it's cold and rainy, Ron would probably really like pork chops browned, put on top of thinly sliced potatoes, and topped with cream of mushroom soup, with a side of frozen peas. It's one of the first meals I learned to make as a newlywed and he still loves it. The back of my mind is playing with the white chocolate truffled mashed potatoes. ??????? At Joan's we'll be getting pork bellies into cure, visit for a while, perhaps run to the winery.
